Non-exploitative: Do not harm others.
Responsibility & optimism: Improve quality of work and self.
Mutual motivation: Collaborate and support others.

Believe that hard work bears fruit.
Avoid stinginess and wastefulness.

Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:48):
“So race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.”
Surah Al-Baqarah (2:148):
“So race to [all that is] good. Wherever you may be, Allah will bring you forth [for judgment] all together.”
