2.add more cooking oil and add vegetables, stir fry until tender, then add aromatics until fragrant, remove veggies and place in same bowl as protein
3. pour sauce into bottom of the wok until bubbly, add protein and vegetables and toss in sauce until evenly coated
4. add cooked rice or noodles and toss until warmed through, add garnish and serve warm
