HR and RR in pale piglets = iron deficiency, pyrexic = GPS § CRT/MM to assess hydration § BCS – no rib fat covering = GPS Take samples: § Swab and fresh lung/heart tissue for culture – GPS § Preserved lung and heart tissue for histopathology – GPS, SIV, PRRS, PCV-2 § Fresh lung tissue for PCR – SIV, PRRS, mycoplasma hyorhinis § Fresh spleen tissue for PCR – PRRS |
