Scar: Fibrous tissue replacing normal skin.
Tumor: Large solid mass, benign or malignant.
Keloid: Thick, raised scar due to excess collagen.
Crust: Dried exudate (scab).
Anisocoria: Unequal pupil sizes.
Crypts: Small pits in tonsils.
Excoriation: Skin breakdown from scratching.
Epistaxis: Nosebleed.
Pharyngitis: Inflammation of the throat.
