Eligibility
Must be enrolled in a degree program.
Faculty Advisors must also be SAEINDIA members.
Participation Requirements
Teams to provide necessary documentation for inspection.
Technical Requirements
General Design Requirements
Must accommodate a driver of 190 cm and 113 kg.
Must demonstrate all-terrain capability.
Engine (mBAJA Only)
Use of standardized engine: Briggs and Stratton 10 HP model.
Strict regulations on modifications; all vehicles to use the same engine.
Vehicle Specifications
Roll Cage
Must provide safety; constructed from tubular steel.
Specific clearance requirements for drivers.
Driver Restraint
Specific requirements for harness, seats, and safety gear compliance.
Electrical Systems (eBAJA Only)
High Voltage (HV)
Defined as >30 VAC root mean square or >60 VDC.
Maximum tractive system voltage: 60 VDC.
Low Voltage (LV)
Recommendations for structure and safety; LV system not exceeding 15 VDC.

Total Points Possible: 675 points in dynamic events.
