- Topic: Nutrient Sequencing Study at Cornell University
- Objective: To study how the order of food intake affects metabolic health.
- Qualifications for Study:
- Age: 18-35 years
- Health: Must be a healthy non-smoker
- Ancestry: Must be of Caucasian or African Ancestry
- Study Requirements:
- Participants required to attend 2 visits at Cornell
- Participants must eat 2 free breakfast meals
- Blood collection will be performed
- Nutritional consultation
- Participants will answer questions regarding their diet and health
- Compensation: $200 for participation
