TSU is learning thai

he practice thai with his employee only when Wheng Khim is at school and Chui Kim is napping

Chinese and thai writting is different, chinese have characters, thai have letters

Thai words are written tgt with no space

TSU’s writing in thai is awkard and ugly unlike his calligraphy in Chinese

He buy boks to learn thai himself

He can now read newspaper and contracts and road signs

AB also know thai

TSU feels relief and good that he know thai cz he no longer have to ask for help from others

TSU has mastered the newspaper and now wants smth more

first he read Weng Khim’s book then he went to buy some novel. one of them is “ten satang tales“

he says chinese novel is expensive and hard to come by

anyways, he read the news paper and found out that china is divided, TSU feels very sad that his country is still in civil war cz of greed and stubbornness

He doesnt rlly likes to obsess with politics

Power and Money blinds all men
