Fiber:

  • Found in the skins of fruit and vegetables, wholegrain cereals.

  • Fiber cannot be digested.

  • We need fiber in our diet as it helps us to have regular bowel movements and avoid constipation.

Water:

  • Water is necessary to help our blood carry nutrients and waste around the body.

  • To help the chemical reactions that occur in our cells.

  • It removes waste material from the body via sweat and urine.

  • Water forms most of sweat, saliva and tears.
