Found in the skins of fruit and vegetables, wholegrain cereals.
Fiber cannot be digested.
We need fiber in our diet as it helps us to have regular bowel movements and avoid constipation.
Water:
Water is necessary to help our blood carry nutrients and waste around the body.
To help the chemical reactions that occur in our cells.
It removes waste material from the body via sweat and urine.
Water forms most of sweat, saliva and tears.
