Executive function
Executive function skills are the higher-order mental processes that help individuals manage complex tasks such as organizing and planning, remembering information, problem-solving, and regulating emotions.
Social awareness
Social awareness describes an individual's ability to look outward and consider the needs of others and the world at large
When you are self-aware, you can observe your life without judgment. Self-awareness enables you to notice the connections between your thoughts, emotions, feelings, attitudes, and related behaviors and their outcomes
Self-efficacy is a person's belief in their own ability to address challenges, achieve goals, and succeed in all aspects of life
Fixed vs growth mindset
Three key skills for self-awareness include recognizing emotions and understanding feelings, self-efficacy, and a growth mindset.
Self-management is the ability to accept responsibility for, be accountable for, and effectively manage one's own emotions, behavior, actions, and well-being.
Positive vs negative stress

Negative stress occurs when you feel you cannot cope with a situation or lack the skills to accomplish something
SMART goals
