Tips from Ms. Z <3

(Regarding step three, attempt to educate guest through all steps of service)

Pay attention to what product guest are using, are they seeking the benefits —→ “ is see the dryness your talking about, is the gel cleanser smells good but it could be adding to the tightness and dryness that your feeling” try to incorporate what’s good for them “hey I’m gonna use a cream cleanser on you it’s what I would love you to use at home to help treat that tightness and dry ness. I want you to pay attention to how it feels on your skin and the scent” now bring it back up at retail now that they’ve been educated and showed a new way that’s their usual tell them how “the gel cleanser shave higher content of alcohol drying it out a bit more where’s as the cream cleanser contains more butter than the gel hydrating you a bit more “

^^^Ex using gel cleanser at home cuss smells good but they actually have dry skin
