count PJCs and PACs
P waves
PRI
QRS
QT interval
interpretation
ectopic beats
PAC: narrow QRS with upright P wave
PJC: narrow QRS with absent or inverted P wave
PVC: wide bizarre QRS no P wave
unifocal are all similar, multifocal are not
bigeminy is every second beat trigeminy
if the R is far from P you have a first degree
longer longer longer drop then you have a wenckebach (second degree block type 1)
if some Ps dont get through then you have MOBITZ II
if ps and qs dont agree then you have a third degree
if afib has rate over 100 then it is afib with RVR
