  1. No Famines during his Lifetime

  • Francis talked to a friar


  • Realizes a secret from Holy Ghost

    • As long as he lives, there will be no famine


  1. The Table Arrayed and Adorned

  • Francis visited eastern Friars in desert

  • He believed they were living too lavishly

  • Dressed as a beggar to test them

  • Helped them understand their rich lifestyle, poor man didn’t feel welcome


  1. A Mortal Battle in Arezzo
