1. Spiritual Self -
- The unseen aspect that provides insight, intuition, and knowledge beyond our five senses. It serves as the source for understanding and being, with access points through the senses and emotions.
2. Religion -
- A cultural system of beliefs and practices that encompasses the understanding of the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe. It often includes rituals, moral codes, and social bonds.
3. Characteristics of Religion -
- These include a belief in supernatural beings, a focus on the sacred, the presence of supernatural power, ritual activities, articulation of worldview and moral codes, and the creation and maintenance of social bonds.
4. Ritual -
- Ceremonial acts prescribed by tradition or sacred law, often expressing respect, awe, or dread about the sacred and symbolizing beliefs.
5. Buddhism -
- A spiritual tradition based on the teachings of Siddharta Gautama, emphasizing personal spiritual development and insight into the true nature of life.
6. Buddhism - Beliefs -
- Life is unsatisfactory, and breaking the cycle involves practicing ethics, meditation, and cultivating wisdom for understanding and accepting things as they are.

- The five pillars of Islam: Shahada, Salat, Zakat, Hajj, and Sawm, defining key practices in Islamic worship.
17. Judaism - Beliefs -
- The Jewish beliefs rooted in the Torah, including the awaited Messiah, emphasis on free will, and the concept of the chosen people.
