Target Audience

  • Required for: Those responsible for maintaining the TEL PV Carbody and related components such as:

    • TEL-RS Assistant Engineers

    • TEL-RS Technical Officers

  • Training Environment: Classroom teaching combined with practical demonstrations.

Overall Outcomes

  • Terminal Learning Outcome (TLO): Understand the expectations as PV Maintenance staff in TEL.

Enabling Learning Outcomes (ELO)

  • ELO 2: Comprehend preventive maintenance procedures essential for upkeep.

Assessment Criteria

Written Assessment

  • Duration: 30 minutes

  • Format: Open-book, with the possibility for clarification by assessors.

Practical Assessment

  • Duration: 15 minutes

  • Requirements: Must meet performance criteria in simulated scenarios.

  • Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance in both theory and practical sessions is mandatory.

Safety Guidelines

  • Always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout maintenance.
