IMA Roadmap & Course Overview

The Zero-to-Profit Roadmap

  • Purpose: show exact milestones from “no experience” to paid contracts so you can track progress and stay motivated.

  • Overall sequence and progress bar

    • Join the program ➜ action taker status already sets you apart from 99.9\% of people.

    • Pick a niche ⇒ you are roughly 20\% done.

    • Land your first influencer ⇒ 50\% done.

    • Add 2–3 more influencers (total \ge 3) ⇒ 70\% done.

    • Begin brand outreach ⇒ 80\% done.

    • Get replies from brands ⇒ 90\% done.

    • Negotiate & sign first brand contract ⇒ officially 100\% (money is “in pocket,” only logistics remain).

Why Volume ≻ Luck

  • Volume = more feedback

    • Early, frequent rejections tell you what to fix faster.

  • Law of averages

    • Example: if average close rate is 1/100 emails, sending only 200 may miss the mean; sending 1000 lets probabilities normalise.

  • Action prescriptions when stuck

    • 10× your current output; if impossible, at least 5×.

    • E.g. 10 emails/day ➜ 50; finding 5 influencers/day ➜ 25–50.

  • Psychological payoff: rapid visible progress keeps motivation high.

Execution Rule: Learn–Apply–Repeat

  • Do NOT binge-watch the whole course.

    • After each clip, stop and implement the task (find influencers, write emails, etc.).

  • Re-watch only if necessary (suggested at 1.5\times speed) to save time.

Course Navigation & Pedagogy

  • Curriculum is linear/chronological; follow modules in order.

  • Designed for a total beginner (“Level 0” video-game metaphor): every next video adds exactly the missing puzzle piece to make money.

  • Major modules

    1. Welcome & navigation (how the portal works).

    2. Mindset & realistic expectations (≈12 min).

    3. Productivity quick-start (no 5-hour mindset fluff).

    4. Niche selection.

    5. Prerequisites – compressed years of experience on

    • Sales fundamentals

    • Marketing principles

    • Basic business math (goal \to revenue back-calculation).

    1. Influencer Module

    • Where to find them, metrics to screen, outreach scripts (good & bad examples).

    • Two negotiation paths:

      1. Managed by agency ➜ negotiate price down for resale margin.

      2. Un-managed ➜ offer to manage deals on commission basis.

    1. Brand Module

    • Sourcing high-paying brands, outreach wording, closing, service delivery.

    1. Scaling & advanced tactics.

Workload & Time Management

  • Recommended work: ≈4 focused hours/day.

    • Do more if sustainable; avoid burnout.

    • 30 min/day “miracle” promises are false.

  • If only 2-3 h are possible, ensure they are deep-work blocks.

Niche Selection Guidelines

  • Must be halal and possess strong purchasing power.

  • Provided list inside training.

  • Ability to talk about the niche comfortably is desirable; do not overthink.

Influencer Outreach & Negotiation

  • Research phase

    • Build a spreadsheet: handle/URL, niche, avg. views, followers, management status, contact info.

  • Outreach phase

    • Craft concise, personalised emails (templates supplied).

    • Suggested hard filters (examples):

    • >50\,000 avg. views

    • Engagement metrics within healthy ratios

    • Avoid accounts with obviously fake followers

  • Negotiation insights

    • Understand influencer psychology & typical objections.

    • For agency-managed creators: secure lower CPM to leave resale spread.

    • For independent creators: pitch full deal-management on commission.

Brand Outreach & Deal Closing

  • Where to find brands: marketplaces, LinkedIn, Instagram ads library, product pages, etc.

  • Outreach messaging: focus on leverage ("I represent 3 influencers perfectly matched to your market").

  • Goal for first contract: 500–1000\,\$\$ profit to you.

    • Pricing logic example:

    • Influencer charges 200\,\$\$.

    • They obtain 100\,000 views ⇒ 2\$ CPM.

    • You mark up to brand at 2000\,\$\$ ⇒ 1800\,\$\$ margin.

    • Stay away from super-cheap influencers whose metrics won’t let you reach \ge500\,\$\$ margin unless their view-to-price ratio is exceptional.

  • Contracts: once signed, treat as guaranteed money; allow a few weeks for content go-live & payment processing.

Scaling & Upselling

  • Keep repeating the cycle with bigger, more engaged influencers and higher-budget brands.

  • Continuous improvement via pattern recognition in outreach replies.

  • Expect to encounter edge-case scenarios ("alien" influencers); solving those builds unique skill.

  • Upsell avenues

    • Additional influencers for existing brand.

    • Larger bundles or multi-platform campaigns.

    • Retainer for ongoing influencer sourcing.

  • Relationship focus: longevity comes from being "cool" with both brands & creators so deals recur monthly.

Financial Maths Snapshot

  • Outreach target example

    • Send 50 emails/day ⇒ 1000 in 20 days.

    • If close-rate \approx1/100, expect ≈10 influencers/brands – enough to start earning.

  • Profit stacking

    • First deal: \ge500–1000\,\$\$.

    • Upsell wave can 3–10× monthly income without proportional extra work.

Final Reminders & Ethical Notes

  • Volume always beats luck; don’t gamble on a “perfect” message.

  • Monitor personal energy → avoid burnout to maintain outreach consistency.

  • All strategies are presented in a halal-compliant framework.

  • The sooner you deploy actions, the sooner both you and the instructor win: mutual incentive.

TL;DR: Follow the linear modules, apply each video before the next, crank volume, aim for $$\ge500\,\$\$ profit on first brand deal, then compound via scaling and upsells. Consistency + volume = predictable income.
