Nouns

в / на +

singular

• for nouns that end in a consanant -е
• for nouns that end in a vowel, remove the last vowel and add -е
  • e.g. стол - столе
• for nouns that end in -и_, it becomes -ии
  • e.g. планетарий - планетарии

plural

• hard stem nouns and nouns that end in a husher -ах
  • e.g. стол - столах
• soft stem nouns -ях
  • e.g. трамвай - трамваях

Possessives

• masculine and neuter possessives end in -ём/-ем
• feminine possessives end in -ей
• plural end in -их

Adjectives

• end in -ых / -их (subjet to spelling rule)
