Greenbush+ Graduate-Level Credit (Aug 1 2024 – Jun 30 2025)

Credit Hours & Module Requirements

  • Use the following Greenbush+ conversion table to decide the total graduate-level credit hours you wish to earn between August 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.
    • 3 modules → 0.5 credit hours → \$45 tuition
    • 7 modules → 1.0 credit hour → \$90 tuition
    • 10 modules → 1.5 credit hours → \$135 tuition
    • 14 modules → 2.0 credit hours → \$180 tuition
    • 18 modules → 2.5 credit hours → \$225 tuition
    • 22 modules → 3.0 credit hours → \$270 tuition
    • 26 modules → 3.5 credit hours → \$315 tuition
    • 29 modules → 4.0 credit hours → \$360 tuition

Eligibility & Limits

  • Minimum participation: Complete at least three Greenbush+ modules to qualify for any credit.
  • Maximum credit per school year: 4.0 graduate credit hours (i.e.
no more than 29 modules) through Greenbush+ during the stated window.
  • One course title rule:
    • You cannot register for the same course title twice between August 1 and June 30.
    • Example: Completing 7 modules in Semester 1 and registering for 1.0 credit prevents you from completing another 7 modules in Semester 2 and re-registering for the identical 1.0-credit course title.
  • Mix & match: Modules may come from any Greenbush+ offerings marked “college-credit eligible.”
  • Other opportunities unaffected: Credits earned via workshops or Greenbush University (GBU) are separate and may still be pursued.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Choose credit goal
    • Refer to the table above; decide the number of modules and tuition cost that match the credits you want.
  2. Complete modules
    • Finish all required online modules between Aug 1 and Jun 30.
    • After each module, fill out the Certificate of Completion form.
  3. Select correct course title
    • Click the provided link (in original instructions) and locate the exact Course Name that corresponds to your chosen credit amount.
  4. Register & pay through MNU
    • Log in to or create an MNU Student Gateway account.
    • Register for the course and pay tuition as listed in the conversion table.
  5. Complete STAR Assignment – Part 1
    • Download Part 1 of the STAR assignment (reflection component) via the given link.
    • Submit the completed reflection once (only one submission required for the entire school year, regardless of how many modules you finish).
    • Email the assignment to: med@mnu.edu.

Practical & Administrative Notes

  • Graduate credit issuer: MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU).
  • Cost transparency: Tuition is calculated directly from the module count (see table).
  • Timeline discipline: All activity—module completion, registration, payment, STAR Part 1 submission—must occur no later than June 30, 2025 to receive credit for the 2024-25 school year.
  • View Greenbush+ as one flexible class: Every online module completed during the window applies to a single, variable-credit “course.” Separate MNU offerings (e.g., GBU, workshops) count as different courses and may be taken in addition.
  • Record keeping: Retain a copy of every Certificate of Completion; these serve as proof of module completion for both Greenbush+ and MNU audits.

Key Takeaways

  • Flexibility: Choose any increment from 0.5 to 4.0 credits according to how many modules you can complete.
  • Financial planning: Tuition scales linearly at approximately \$45 per 0.5 credit hour.
  • Compliance: The “one course title per year” rule prevents duplicate enrollments but still allows progression to higher credit tiers in future school years.
