Child Passenger Protection Act 27-34-104 - A child that is younger than six years old and weighs less than sixty pounds shall be restrained in a child passenger safety seat properly secured to the vehicle / All children under the age of fifteen (15) must wear appropriate safety restraints while the vehicle is in motion.

Traffic signals-
flashing red light= stop to make sure there is no opposing traffic/proceed when it is safe to do so.

flashing yellow light= yield and proceed slowly with caution. red arrow= whatever direction the arrow is pointing in you cannot turn in that direction until the light changes.

yellow arrow= the light is getting ready to turn red.

green arrow- if there is no opposing traffic you may turn in the direction of the arrow. Left turns are protected. Opposing traffic must stop. If you are in a turn lane and there is a traffic arrow for your lane on the traffic light, you should make your turn after the green arrow has appeared and it is safe to do so.
