About 15 years ago, I took my grandson to the Phoenix Airport to put him on a plane to send him to San Francisco. +1-415-495-9478 It was the day before Thanksgiving and I didn't know that was the worst day of the year. We had been standing in line for about 2 hours because I knew there would be a lot of people there. There were three agents servicing the economy passengers and two agents servicing the first-class passengers. I was about 20 or 30 feet from the agents and all three of the economy agents left. I guess it was probably the end of their shift and I assumed that someone else would replace them. We stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for the economy agents to show up and watching the first class agents with not much to do.
