CCC Four Principles:

  1. Communication is the basis for life
    • basis for communication is listening
    • don’t just let things go
    • Don’t overdo communication
    • Abnormality can set in if there is no balance
  2. Agreement is the place of power
    • agreement is the power for life
    • Two cannot walk in the same direction unless they agree
  3. Relationships are the network for life
    • Gods answers come by way of relationships/people
    • Resources come out of a relationship
    • Accomplishments come out of a relationship
  4. Balance is the key to life
    • Anything taken to the extreme becomes error
    • Commit to the vision first then to the visionary (if committed to the visionary, what will you do when the visionary is gone?)
    • A house divided among itself cannot stand

Task vs. Purpose:

Task (What we do) Being tasked minded doesn’t allow the ability to reach people

vs.

Purpose (Why we do it) The purpose should be the overriding factor before the task.

  • Complacency alone is like doing right only when someone is watching.
    • Complete the Task, with Purpose in mind
    • Glorify God
    • Fulfill the mission of CCC
      • Cause and Effect upon our guest experience transcending their level of expiatory & spiritual level through Gods presence (represent) God’s power (Praise) Word of God (teaching) - Pastor Jamaal
  • 1 Peter 4:10 (NIV)
  • Colossians 3:23 (AMP)
  • Purpose guides tasks, glorifies God, fulfills mission

Commitment

- You must go into anything you do - You must pray - purpose is to serve God - Stepping into your zone of commitment - Are you fully committed?

The Church you committed to is Gods - You show up to serve - True members are committed to God & to each other - Don’t bring where you left, here

Six commitments to follow: 1. The commitment to one w/ another 2. Commitment to disciple others 3. A commitment to serve (80/20 rule) (do not neglect to do good) 4. A high commitment to give (its never about the amount) 5. Commitment to Maintain unity, guard ourselves against division 6. Commitment to each other (reach others)
