Hydrogen bonds with water

Water is essentially created from H20(two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom)

All of which create a covalent bond

Oxygen has two lone electrons and is also very electronegative

Hydrogen bonds are weaker than covalent bonds however strong enough to give water in a very fluid nature and normal temperature and pressure

enough to have some unity but still able to break apart and move past each other

Of that compound when two electrons are away from its hydrogen atoms the pair forms a “partial negative charge” and of that hydrogen pair it creates a “partial positive charge”
