A03: conformity
Explanations:
😁ISI: supporting evidence
Lucas et al- students answer maths questions which are either easy or hard
Found greater conformity to incorrect answers when the answer is unclear
Particularly true in students who do not believe they have good mathematical abilities
😁NSI: supporting evidence
Asch- majority went along with atleast one wrong answer they knew was incorrect
When asked why the students said they were self conscious and feared rejection from other participants therefore this is evidence of NSI.
