People slowly realize the benefita of ICT, however, jobs are lost, then created and people need retraining to be the best in ICT to live along with it. With ICT work is speeded up so much faster than humans, quantity of data can also be now organized in small space or file. Less use of paper and less workers to pay for are good benefits to employers and the ecosystem. It is well easy to connect with other businesses on other countries with the starting use of online calls and meetings.

Factory work can now be done by machines/robots. Employees and employers can work from home as the aforementioned. Howevee, with the rise of ICT there are the downfalls to it as well, workers who prints and does filing are no longer needed because machines and AI can do so for us. What they are searching for are highly trained ICT specialists. To prevent loss of income, train to be more aware of ICT as more human jobs are lost to robots and machines.

Work like factory manufacturing, welding, spraying, shop work, bank cashiers, librarians and some office works have decreased gradually. People find machines and/or online work much more efficient. Even with downfalls there are also the goods in this. Technicians, web designers, system analysts and computer programmers gain much more recognition now.
