Realistic: Ensure the objective is relevant to the situation and legible.
Unambiguous: The objective should be clear and professional.
Measurable: Define how the objective will be measured, including timeframes.
Behavioural: Clearly state the action and how it will be achieved.
Achievable: Make sure the objective can be accomplished based on the context.
Specific: Clearly describe the task and include an action verb.
Measurable: State how the objective’s achievement will be assessed.
Achievable: Ensure the objective is possible given the context and current role.
