Approach: Evaluate the patient’s history and vaccination records.

Documentation: Use tables to track vaccination needs, doses, appropriate schedules, and reasons for vaccination refusal, if applicable.
Patient Profile: Healthy 8-year-old girl.

Received: Hepatitis B, Rotavirus, DTaP, Hib, PCV13, IPV, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A.
Recommendations:
Review CDC childhood vaccination schedule for updates:
List vaccines to administer or refuse.
