Phase 2 (Professional imperialism)
focused on the development and exportation of social work education to other countries
Phase 3 (Reconceptualization and Indigenization of social work)
this phase included the rejection of western models and the development of radial models
Phase 4 (International social development)
paradigm shift, sensitive to cultural needs and values, focusing more on diversity
