1. What is legalism, and why is it a false doctrine?

Legalism is to attempt to earn salvation by keeping God's law. but no person can earn salvation through their own deeds.

No person can truly love himself unless the person sought to obey the commands of God

Sacrifices celebrations, rituals, cleansing Dietary restrictions and even architecture of the temple.

It's no longer necessary because Jesus died on the cross for our sins.
