Schizophrenia
I disorder characterized by delusions, hallucinations, disorganized, speech, and or diminished inappropriate emotional expression
Psychotic disorders
Group disorders marked by irrational ideas, distorted, perceptions, and a loss of contact With reality
Delusion
A false belief, often of persecution or grandeur May accompany psychotic disorders
Chronic schizophrenia
A form of schizophrenia, and which symptoms usually appear by late adolescence or early early adulthood as late, psychotic episodes last longer and recovery periods shortens
Acute schizophrenia
A foremost schizophrenia that can begin at any age, frequently occurs in response to a traumatic event, and from which recovery is much more likely
Catatonia
High number of dopamine in patients w schizophrenia so blocking it may loosen the symptoms

Negative symptom
Reduce normal behavior
Neglect of personal care, withdrawal, lack of emotion
Disorganized symptoms
Jumbles of thoughts or speech
