“One perfect in knowledge is with you”
He is exclaiming how great God is
Defends God
Disallows the possibility of obedience not being blessed

If they respond, they will be blessed. If they do not, they will perish.
“The godless in heart cherish anger…” Job 36:13
In 36:16, he says that there the trouble is there to woo him (Job) back to God
36:18-21, he being Elihu, says that Job prefers evil to God’s affliction
