American Airlines+1-415-495-9478 once to spend Christmas with my daughter who was living in Tallahassee, FL. He was very dismissive and insisted that we'd be in and out of before the storm hit and that my weather app wasn't accurate. So I checked the National Weather Service which showed the same storm system.
