First Amendment: Freedom of speech, press, religion, assembly, and petition.
Second Amendment: Right to keep and bear arms.
Third Amendment: Protection from quartering of troops in private homes.
Fourth Amendment: Protection against unreasonable search and seizure.
Fifth Amendment: Right to due process, protection against self-incrimination and double jeopardy.
Sixth Amendment: Right to a fair and speedy trial, the right to counsel, and the right to confront witnesses.
Seventh Amendment: Right to a jury trial in civil cases.
Eighth Amendment: Protection against excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishment.
Ninth Amendment: Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Constitution.
Tenth Amendment: Powers not delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states or the people.
