Question 1: Write one thing that Rebeca does to stay healthy and one thing that she should do.

Answer 2: 

1. Words such as fumador (smoker), fumar (to smoke) and the phrase haciendo daño a mis pulmones (damaging my lungs) are all clues that suggest that José's problem is smoking.

2. Two things the adviser asks Jose to do are:

   1. Go to a chemist (where they will have a lot of helpful products like nicotine chewing gum). The doctor says ...si vas a una farmacia tendrán muchos productos que te ayudarán - como chicles de nicotina.

   2. Look online (where there are a lot of websites which give advice to people who want to stop smoking). The doctor says ...si buscas en internet hay muchos sitios web que se dedican a dar consejos a personas como tú que quieren dejar de fumar.

Your Spanish friend sends you an email in which he/she asks you what you do to keep fit. Write him/her an email. Mention what you usually do to keep fit, your opinion about eating healthily, a new activity you are going to do next year to keep fit, and an accident or an illness that you had last year. Write approximately 90 words in Spanish. Respond to all aspects of the question. 

A possible response could be: 

Para estar en forma normalmente juego al fútbol en el parque con mis amigos todos los sábados. También voy a la piscina de vez en cuando. En mi opinión, comer sano es muy importante. Intento llevar una dieta equilibrada porque ayuda a reducir el riesgo de enfermedades. El año que viene creo que voy a empezar a jugar al baloncesto porque me parece un deporte muy emocionante. El año pasado me rompí la pierna jugando al fútbol y tuve que ir al hospital. No pude practicar el deporte durante tres meses y lo pasé muy mal.

Translation:

To keep fit, I usually play football in the park with my friends every Saturday. I also go to the swimming pool from time to time. In my opinion, eating healthily is very important. I try to eat a balanced diet because it helps reduce the risk of illnesses. Next year, I think I am going to start playing basketball because I think it's a very exciting sport. Last year, I broke my leg playing football and I had to go to hospital. I couldn't do sport for three months and I had a really bad time.
