How do I cancel auto-renewal for my subscription?
To turn off auto-renewal on your Knowt subscription:Once complete, your subscription will not renew at the end of the billing cycle. If you’re eligible, you’ll also receive a refund based on our refund policy below.
1. Go to Settings → Your Plan.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Fill out the short form about why you're cancelling.
4. Submit your cancellation.
What is your refund policy?
Within 24 hours of purchase or renewal, we’ll refund the full subscription amount, minus ~3.5% transaction fees. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your bank account (depending on your bank).
Am I eligible for a refund once I redeem the promotional coin offer on merch?
No, you are not. Subscribers receive promotional coins after the free trial ends and the first subscription payment is made. Once promotional coins are redeemed for merchandise through the Knowt shop, the subscription is no longer eligible for a refund.
Can I get a refund if I subscribed on iOS or Android?
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for purchases made on iOS or Android devices. If you need a refund on iOS or Android, please refer to this Apple article or this Android article for help with requesting your refund.
