Response: Charlie is the party opponent.
Q: After dinner Charlie said, “I’ll get you… for real, this time”?
A: While I am unclear on what exactly he said because of my seating across the room, I understand that to be what he said, yes.
Opposing Counsel: Objection, speculation.
Q: Later that night, you saw Charlie carrying Strawberry the cat
this cat which was supposed to be quarantined
because a Patron was highly allergic—
charlie martin was holding this cat and walking toward Rob’s room?
A: Yes.
Q: ms doos you were aware of the secret Planning Room,
A: Yes
Q: here you frequently saw Kaye and Martin converse
A: Riley Kaye conversed frequently here with all of us Saboteurs, yes.
Opposing Counsel: Objection, hearsay.
Q: When Riley offered a $50,000 bonus to ensure Rob lasted until Episode 4,
Charlie spoke up immediately,
saying, “Of course. I’ll do anything for money”?
A: Yes.
II. Intent to Cause Physical Harm to Rob Armstrong
Q: During the planning for the “Rat Race” challenge
Charlie was intent on targeting Rob Armstrong?
A: Yes.
Q: It's true Charlie suggested many sabotages throughout the season
such as Charlie adding “a little oil to the log that Rob was supposed to be standing on” during the first immunity challenge?
drugging Rob’s water bottle with sleeping pills
adding some rodenticide to Rob’s breakfast?
A: Yes. Riley Kaye told us we couldn’t do sabotages that harmed competitors and Charlie dropped the idea.
Q: Producer Riley Kaye specifically told Charlie that those ideas were not allowed and might be considered assault because no one was supposed to get hurt?
A: Yes.
does not speak truth to the matter but rather goes to show Charlie's state of mind
Q: After Riley shut down those ideas, you believe you heard Charlie grumble, “if not now, then I’ll get him later”?
A: Yes.
III. Access to Deadly Chemicals
Q: On a subsequent night, (find out what night) you encountered Charlie in the hotel basement,
Were you or any contestants allowed in the basement
A: No
You and Charlie looked in supply closet
A: I was in the supply closet when Charlie came downstairs, and he looked inside with me, Yes.
This closest was filled with cleaning chemicals correct
A: Yes

Reynolds took the bottle from your hand
A: Yes
Reynolds then proceeded to inform both you and Charlie on how dangerous Oxalic acid is.

A: Yes.
IV. Final Escalation and Threats
Q: Rob correctly identified Charlie as a Saboteur,
A: Rob discovered that Charlie is a Saboteur and asked me to team up with Rob to get Charlie out, correct.

A: Yes.
Q: Ms. Doos, you were eliminated from the competition after Charlie betrayed you
A: Yes.
Q: Therefore, you were not present for the final elimination challenge, the “Sink or Swim” challenge,
A: Correct.
Q: You cannot vouch for what Charlie did or did not do during that final challenge, can you [22]?
A: I cannot provide details in regards to what Charlie did during the final challenge as I was not present.
Q: Despite knowing Charlie made physical threats, sought to poison Rob, handled dangerous Oxalic Acid, and vowed that Rob would be "Gone forever," you are still claiming that Charlie "didn’t mean to do what they’re accusing Charlie of" [5, 13, 15, 18, 23]?
A: Charlie is a super-great person, and the person you play within the game is a character that is very different from your true characteristics. Charlie’s actions within the game don’t reflect the Charlie I know outside of The Saboteurs.
Q: Isn't it true that Charlie's actions throughout the season were directed by deep-seated malice and a desire for revenge against Rob Armstrong?
A: No, I wouldn’t agree with that. From my perspective, Saboteurs are under a lot of stress and often act out dramatically in the game. I don’t Charlie’s actions were out of deep-seated malice or revenge.
