Medication and Supplies Review
Barb and another person are reviewing medications.
A list is being compiled to send to Danilo to get a price quote for medications.
Need to determine what else needs to be ordered for the medical clinic.
Specific Items to Order
Definitely need to order black trash bags because the ones available there are not good quality.
Alcohol: There was very little alcohol available, so need to order more.
Cotton balls: Supply was short, so need to order more.
Lanyards: Need to purchase actual lanyards (the tag holders), but the tags themselves (laminated paper) are sufficient.
Cord: Cord is available down there, which can be used for "chalky bracelets."
Trash cans: Doctor's rooms need trash cans, which they didn't have last year. Concrete boxes were used last year. Toilets have them, but need them for the rooms too.
Fans: Need to purchase a couple of fans, especially for rooms.
Gloves: Check with OSF (organization) about donating gloves.
Thermometers: Acquire a couple more thermometers for intake, aiming for the under tongue type.
They need to each be readable in Celsius.
Consider asking Alexa to donate thermometers.
Consider having Honduran volunteers/nurses donate thermometers.
Ask Diane if OSF can donate money to buy medicine in Honduras.
Potential donation of gloves from OSF.
Have the Honduran volunteers donate somethings if possible.
Need lanyards for Honduran volunteers; consider name tags.
Sewing Project (Natalie)
Natalie needs to order items for a sewing project.
She needs to measure the size of the bowl for the pattern, but can make various sizes.
They have materials/fabric down there already, like 10 tents full.
Dahlia may help.
Bike Projects (Matt)
Matt to provide a list related to bikes.
Youth Activities (Derek)
Serving Mass as altar server
Acting in plays, even without speaking Spanish.
If possible, bring a right-handed pitching wedge and some golf balls for the youth to practice with in the field, suggesting it could be fun for them.
They could go to Dunham's to get them for 40. This can be packed along with a couple dozen balls.
Consider foam golf balls for safety reasons.
Evening Activities
Bring Frisbees to donate
Bring balloons to bring to the kids
Need to have two crafts one for each day. Sunday is a day of rest.
Bring happy snacks.
Supplies: beads and strings.

A previous craft was making a monstrance; opening up and Jesus' picture is underneath.
Another previous craft was creating the sacrificial cross ten bead.
It's actually called in in It's it's yes.
10 bead sacrificial craft. Can use 24 packs with 10 beads to make in case the other ones break.
This has beading for the small children to make a necklace for the 10.
Make 250 of them, costing between 3.00 to 3.07.
Need to do something for banners in Spanish about the five corporal works of mercy:
Feed the poor, visit the sick, visit people in prison, feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty.
