Moldova my love

Moldova is a small but very beautiful country. It looks like a bunch of grapes on the map of Europe. Many people call it a horn of plenty.

There are lovely vineyards and orchards here. They are full of delicious grapes and fruits.

We are very proud of the ancient Codri. The river Nistru can tell you a lot of legends  about our country and its people. The two medieval Moldovan fortresses are on the river Nistru.

There are one thing that makes Moldova special. It is the wells, that are traveller's  best friends.

Houses in Moldova are another attraction. Moldovans believe thateveryone should plant a tree, build a well and dig a well

The heart of our country is Chisinau, its capital.

The people in Moldova  are very special , too. Kind, hard working  and hospitable , they are also very artistic.

Everybody admires our beautiful ballads and doinas.
