Volumes and Capacities
Volume and capacity interchangeable BUT for ILM purpose:
Volume = size of contain in in3, ft3, m3 or mm3
Capacity= number of gallons or litres container holds.
If calculating cylindrical tank with only 1 sphere top
do the sphere volume calc for the sphere portionbut multiply by 0.5 once you’re done.
Do the cylinder volume calc normally
Add the 2 calcs together
