- What are you most grateful for?
- Best self-discovery?

- Memorable Moments:
- Describe subjoined joyful moments from last year through a drawing, including feelings and sensory memories.
- Challenges and Achievements:
- Identify three biggest challenges and three greatest accomplishments, including how they were achieved and who helped.
- Forgiveness Exercise:
- Reflect on anything needing forgiveness, such as painful deeds or self-anger. Writing it down can be healing.
- Letting Go:
- Identify anything that needs to be released before progressing into the new year.
- Final Thoughts on the Past Year:
- Give a title to the past year as if it were a book or movie.
- Choose three words that encapsulate the past year.
