    • The biggest thing I completed, important acts for others, biggest surprises, risks taken, lessons learned, and wise decisions made, articulated in six sentences.
  4. Gratitude and Accomplishments:
    • What are you most grateful for?
    • Best self-discovery?
    • Unfulfilled goals?
    • Influential people in your life and those you influenced.
  5. Memorable Moments:
    • Describe subjoined joyful moments from last year through a drawing, including feelings and sensory memories.
  6. Challenges and Achievements:
    • Identify three biggest challenges and three greatest accomplishments, including how they were achieved and who helped.
  7. Forgiveness Exercise:
    • Reflect on anything needing forgiveness, such as painful deeds or self-anger. Writing it down can be healing.
  8. Letting Go:
    • Identify anything that needs to be released before progressing into the new year.
  9. Final Thoughts on the Past Year:
    • Give a title to the past year as if it were a book or movie.
    • Choose three words that encapsulate the past year.
