Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven

• Admitting they are wrong

• Admitting they need God and other people

Blessed are those who mours, for they shall be comforted

• Being sympathetic for your friends and unfortunate events in the world

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inheirt the earth

• Not using physical, emotional, or verbal violence to get your way

• Having the confidence to not push others around

• Being kind and gentle

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.

• Being aware of what you don’t know

• Sticking up for people that are not being treated fairly

Bleessed are the mericful, for they shall obtain mercy

• Forgiving the people who have messed up

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God

• being honest

• sticking with your friends no matter what

Blessed are the peacemarkers, for they shall be called the sons and daughters of God.

• Help solve conflict and patch things up

• Not choosing the situation with violence or the situation that will lead to violence

Blessed are those persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven

• doing what is right even if it makes you unpopular

• Sticking with your friends even if they are unpopular
