Punch List Reference: Discussions cover the punch list dated 8/27 ( $8.27$ ).
Recent Punch List Additions:
- Two line items were added for the 3rd Floor guest rooms to complete the cover template for follow-up.
- One line item was added for the generator pass-through area, originally identified for the 2nd Floor but clarified to be located on the 1st Floor.

Item 1: Complete.
Item 2: Incomplete; pending response/action from VCC.
Item 3: Incomplete; pending response/action from VCC.
Item 4: Incomplete; covers general specifications.
Item 5: Rejected and crossed off. Involved a controversy regarding device specification. Resolution: Do not use device specification; verify stock, perform installation, and make other connections.
Item 6: Touch-up paint work required on the 1st Floor and 2nd Floor. Scheduled for completion next week.
Item 7: Associated with Item 6 regarding 1st Floor and 2nd Floor touch-up paint work.
Item 8: Complete; crossed off the list.
Item 9: Complete. Damaged feeders were pulled out and replaced with new feeders. Terminations were completed at both the panel (P panel) and the Main Switchboard (MSB). Lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures were fully executed ( $100\%$ complete).
Item 10: Complete and eliminated; covered directly under the completion of Item 9.
Item 11: Technician pass-through area was excavated/dug out. A short material request is being submitted for Schedule 40 conduit to install early next week.
Item 12: Water heater room and electrical room status:
- Drywall crew is actively performing demolition in the water heater room.
- Plumbing contractors have not yet oriented the equipment.
- Electrical room and water heater room have received full authorization ("green light") to proceed.
- Full completion is awaiting Jose to orient the plumbing equipment.

Item 13: Incomplete. Grounding/bonding needs to be completed. Requires a crimper, which is being added to the material requisition list.
Item 14 / Item 15 (Monument Sign): Wiring has been run to the original sign location, but no footing has been poured yet. Contingency plan: Place the wire inside a plastic landscaping box (Christie box) to allow mobility until site footing is finalized.
Item 16: Incomplete. The lighting control panel has not been set.
Item 17: Complete ( $100\%$ ). Installation location finalized and removed from the list.
Item 18: Pending. RFI (Request for Information) regarding the generator electrical room was answered. Wire material requisition submitted; pending wire arrival.
Item 19: Pending. Same status as Item 18.
Item 20: Incomplete.
Item 21: Incomplete.
Item 22: Complete; removed from the list.

Item 23: Incomplete. Track lighting for the 1st Floor through 3rd Floor is not on-site. Material is the responsibility of VCC and is reportedly located in a warehouse or storage facility in Sacramento.
Item 24: Incomplete. Covers lighting provision corresponding to Item 23.
Item 25: Incomplete/Pending. Elevator electrical feed item:
- Corrected specification: Requires a $175\,\text{A}$ breaker/feed, not a $75\,\text{A}$ feed.
- Delivery status: Main/supplier indicates two units were delivered and signed for by Chase, but only one unit is physically accounted for on-site. Item remains pending investigation.
Item 26: Incomplete. Final EMT (Electrical Metallic Tubing) conduit with rain-tight/ring-top connectors:
- Pending installation of the gate.
- Requires four exterior weather-rated exit signs total (two existing on-site, plus two additional units added to project scope).
- Specific color and model details to be verified on Monday prior to ordering.
Item 27: Linked to the pool patio stone veneer location and weatherproof exit sign requirements.

Item 28: Incomplete. Short two 2-pole $15\,\text{A}$ circuit breakers for the PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) units. Items are on backorder from Main; vendor follow-up scheduled for Monday.
Item 29: Complete/In Progress. Lockout devices picked up. Additional lockouts are being retrieved from service vans or existing warehouse stock.
Item 30: Incomplete/Pending wallpaper:
- Device installation and wallplate covers are $100\%$ complete across all installed rooms on the 3rd Floor and 4th Floor.
- Remaining $10$ to $12$ guest rooms cannot be fully trimmed out until wallpaper installation is complete.
- Crew strategy: Move down to the 2nd Floor and 1st Floor to perform partial room installs where possible, despite efficiency losses from missing wallpaper.

Item 31: Electrical feeder routing for the 1st Floor generator pass-through area:
- Route entry through the lower gutter to connect to the secondary gutter.
- Extend feed straight up and make a $90^\circ$ bend directly into the panel.
- The distribution panel is positioned directly on the opposite side of the wall.
- Execution saves total wire length/footage and provides a faster, cleaner installation using minimal underground conduit and standard fittings.

Clear work access is established for both the water heater room and the main electrical room.
On-site trade coordination is actively required with the drywall crew regarding demolition and wall prep work.
