    * Who’s paying for it?
• I - INVESTIGATION
    * What are the methods used---interview, survey, etc?
    * What is the nature of the study - interview, lab tests, double-blind?
• R - RESULTS
    * Are the findings presented as clickbait or are they too exaggerated?
    * Are they presented factually and humbly?
• S - SUBJECTS
    * Who was interviewed? Who are they?
    * How many?
    * What is the background of those who took part?
• T - TIME
    * How long the study lasted---the longer the better!
    * The longer a study lasts, the better.
