Intro to variables, algebraic expressions, and equations
Evaluating Algebraic expressions
Variables: a letter that represents a number
Algebraic expression/ just expression: a combination of operations on variables and numbers
if two variables or a number and variable are next to each other, with no operation sign between them, the operation is multiplication
Ex:
2x=2\cdot x
Evaluating the expression: is replacing a variable in an expression by a number and then finding the value of the expression
