Intro to Polynomial Division

There are a few basic steps to polynomial division. In this case I’ll put in the steps and include a worked example.

The steps to polynomial division include:

1. Identify dividable values

2. Set up box method and solve.

3. Plug quotient back into problem

4. Plug the input for the output you're trying to find

Here’s the example. In this case I was trying to find a limit:

Inside the box you want to have the values that add up to the original polynomial you were trying to divide. If you do your math correctly, your solution should end up on the top.
