CASE 1

• CC: 3 YO F, neck swelling of 3 day duration

• Hx:

  • small → grew rapidly

  • currently 3 cm, red

  • unable to move her neck from pain

  • can eat/drink but no appetite

  • feels warm but no fever

  • vaccines up to date

• Social:

  • rural area

  • animals →
