Selecting and Organizing Dental Images
Highlight the range of radiographs by selecting the last photo, holding the shift key, and selecting the first photo.
Right-click and select Open to transfer images to the workspace area.
Ensure all images for the day, including pre-extraction and post-extraction shots, are included in a single study.
Under the work surface menu in the upper right corner, select Tile to organize the images on the screen.
Saving and Publishing to the Cloud
Navigate to studies to save the session.
Use the current date as the file name (e.g., ).
Click the Publish button to upload the gathered images to the server.
Verification and Metadata Correction in IDEXX VetConnect
Log into IDEXX VetConnect and navigate to the imaging section to verify the upload for the patient, Lucy.
Check for data accuracy; specifically ensure the species is correctly identified as canine if the system displays incorrect symbols.
Verify and manually update patient and client details if they fail to upload correctly:

Patient ID:
Use the patient management or file folder icon to edit and link the images to the appropriate account before finishing the backup process.
