Higher – due to affinity maturation in memory B cells

Duration of Response

Short-lived; antibody levels decline quickly

Long-lasting; antibodies persist for a longer period

Memory Cells

Formed after exposure, but not active yet

Memory B and T cells rapidly activated and expanded
