What is Microsoft Azure?

A web-based platform for managing network resources that provides a variety of services, including computing power, storage solutions, and application hosting.

Features of the Azure Interface:

Azure Home: This is the central dashboard where users can access all their cloud resources, manage subscriptions, and access tools for building and deploying applications.

    side note: The home page cannot be customized but the user can select to have the dashboard as the default view if preferred

Dashboard: Provides a customizable overview important resources.

    Side note: Users can create and share custom dashboards with each other

Page Header: Persistent bar that sits across the top of the screen when navigating across all screens in the azure portal

Resource menu: A menu on the left side of the screen and shows different commands and options for the currently selected resource

Working Pane: The focus of the screen when a resource is selected
