• Each building in the Potts Suites is staffed by either:
    - One Resident Assistant (RA)
    - One Hall Director

• Each building has a large lobby located on the first floor that serves the entire community.
• Features include:
    - Shared kitchen area: residents can prepare meals.
    - Dining area: a space for residents to share meals together.
    - Recreational area: residents can play board games and watch television shows together.

Meeting Space

• Potts B includes a dedicated meeting space for residents.
• This space is available for:
    - Study groups.
    - Practice for presentations.

Floor Layout

• Second and third floors are gender-specific areas within the building.
• Each floor consists of:
    - Four rooms
    - A living space
    - A washer and dryer unit

Room Features

• Each room accommodates two students.
• Each resident is provided with:
    - Lofted bed
    - Chest of drawers
    - Desk with drawers
    - Chair
    - Movable wardrobe

Shared Bathroom

• Two roommates share a bathroom equipped with:
    - Sink

    - Shower/tub combination
