Designed for first-year students to live together with approximately 40 other peers.

Each building in the Potts Suites is staffed by either:
- One Resident Assistant (RA)
- One Hall Director

Potts B includes a dedicated meeting space for residents.
This space is available for:
- Study groups.
- Practice for presentations.

Second and third floors are gender-specific areas within the building.
Each floor consists of:
- Four rooms
- A living space
- A washer and dryer unit

Each room accommodates two students.
Each resident is provided with:

Two roommates share a bathroom equipped with:
