Key Study Challenges & Solutions

Time Management
  • Issue: Balancing study with church and work → risk of missed deadlines/burnout.

  • Solutions:

    • Weekly timetable + monthly calendar.

    • Tackle easy tasks first, reserve focus for harder ones.

Academic Pressure / Mental Health
  • Issue: High self-expectations → stress, reduced efficiency.

  • Solution: Use UNSW Mental Health Connect for counseling and ongoing support.

Self-Reflection

  • Goals intentionally left partially open (low measurability) to allow continuous improvement.

  • Broad use of resources (e.g., mental health services) is deliberate to maximize success.
