Key Study Challenges & Solutions
Time Management
Issue: Balancing study with church and work → risk of missed deadlines/burnout.
Solutions:
Weekly timetable + monthly calendar.
Tackle easy tasks first, reserve focus for harder ones.
Academic Pressure / Mental Health
Issue: High self-expectations → stress, reduced efficiency.
Solution: Use UNSW Mental Health Connect for counseling and ongoing support.
Self-Reflection
Goals intentionally left partially open (low measurability) to allow continuous improvement.
Broad use of resources (e.g., mental health services) is deliberate to maximize success.
