The plans present the room layouts for 10 people and more than 10 people for training class. The noticeable differences are the number of chairs, tables with the locations of another accountants like morning tea, presenter’s chair and whiteboard.
There are 10 tables, chairs with the U form in plan A. While, these facilities are separated into 3 groups which are included 3 tables and chairs in each groups in plan B. Two groups are located at the center of the room, one group is lied at the end of the room. The morning tea in plan A is situated after the tables area, but it is relocated and enlarged at the left conner of the entrance in the second plan.
In plan A, the whiteboard is in the right side of the entrance, however, it is converted next to the morning tea in plan B. Presenter’s chair is transformed from the left side of the entrance to the center of the room in plan B

The plans illustrate the room layouts for no more than 10 and more than 10 people for training course. Overall, compared to Plan A, Plan B is reorganised tables and chairs to accommodate more participants, whereas other facilities are relocated.

In plan A, 10 tables, chairs are arranged in a U-shaped form, but in plan B, there are reduced to 9 tables and increased to 18 chairs. Then these items are separated to 3 groups which consisting of 3 tables with 6 chairs in each group. Morning tea is relocated from the back of the room in plan A to the upper left corner and enlarged in size in the second plan.

Presenter’s chair is changed from the left- hand side of the entrance to the center of the room in plan B. After that, Whiteboard which is situated in the right-hand side of the entrance is relocated to the position next to the morning tea in plan B.
